The trial of Zlatan Arsic from Hajnoc, near Kosovska Kamenica, who is charged with an alleged war crime in 1999, continued with the examination of the injured witness before the Special Department of the Basic Court in Pristina.

Witness B. M. stated, in response to the defense's question, that he could not remember the exact date or month when Arsic attacked him, but it had been probably in February or March.

The injured party stated that he had not known the names of the two Serbs who had taken him to the police station and added that he had learned their names later.

The Special Prosecutor's Office in Pristina filed an indictment on July 28 last year before the Special Department of the Basic Court against Zlatan Arsic for an alleged war crime against the civilian population in Kosovska Kamenica.

As stated by the Special Prosecutor's Office of Kosovo, Arsic is accused of allegedly beating and maltreating the injured party identified as B.M. in the police station in Kosovska Kamenica, as a police officer, in March 1999, and in cooperation with other members of the Serbian police and paramilitary groups, allegedly participating in the deportation and displacement of Albanians.
