Borisavljevic: Hidden intentions behind the relocation of polling stations

Dusan Borisavljevic from the Youth Council of the Municipality of Gracanica told Kosovo Online that it is not natural that ahead of the parliamentary elections on 28 December, this municipality has 700 to 800 fewer voters, while for the local elections in October their number had increased compared to before.
“It is not normal that just a month after the local elections there are 700 to 800 fewer voters, just as the influx of new voters into majority-Serb areas during the local elections was not natural. These numbers are simply inflated, and the background and long-term consequences will be seen in the next local elections and over four years with the new members of local self-government,” Borisavljevic said.
He suspects that hidden intentions lie behind the relocation of polling stations, noting that members of the Albanian community ahead of the local elections were not aware that their polling station had been moved elsewhere within the territory of the Municipality of Gracanica.
