After the Serbian Orthodox cemetery in Vitina was renamed to "Orthodox Albanian cemetery" (Varezat ortodoxe Shqiptare) on the Google map this morning, the same was done to the Serbian Orthodox cemetery in Zitinje in the same municipality, which was renamed to "Illyrian cemetery".

Serbs from Zitinje who had to leave that village after 1999 and moved to Klokot pointed out that they are sad and disappointed.

"Unfortunately, when we heard about Vitina today, it was devastating to us what was being done to the Serbian cemeteries and Serbian property, and when we heard about Zitinje after that, we were really taken aback. We think that they will not stop at this and that another cemetery in Kosovo will be renamed tomorrow", they told our portal.

They add that it is even sadder that the cemetery is located in the yard of the church in Zitinje.

"The locals are dissatisfied and very angry because no one contacts them and no one asks them anything." Our hands are tied, but we as individuals cannot do anything", they pointed out.
