Former MP Ilir Deda said that the decision of the Constitutional Court to return the property to the Visoki Decani Monastery must be implemented, Klan Kosova reports.

In the Rubikon show, he emphasized that arbitration was still ongoing since no government had implemented the Constitutional Court's decision on the monastery's property.

"Arbitration is a consequence of the fact that five Kosovo governments have not implemented the decision of the Constitutional Court for the Decani Monastery, and these are all Kosovo parties. And who can trust Kosovo anymore, we are for respecting the law and the rule of law, and for seven years, we have not implemented the decision of the Constitutional Court. Arbitration is not an international court; it is a joint body of the Government, the Association, and representatives of the European Union. It is not a court, but they call it that because there is no trust in Kosovo", he stated.

Deda added that all this damaged Kosovo's position.

"I don't understand why the property has not been returned to the Decani Monastery; you have the decision of the Constitutional Court, you must implement it", Deda said.
