Serbia's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Marko Djuric, stated this evening that the official reception of Albin Kurti by the highest officials of Bosnia and Herzegovina in government buildings in Sarajevo represents a regrettable act that undermines good neighborly relations and Serbia's territorial integrity.

Djuric wrote on the social network "X" that Serbia has demonstrated unwavering commitment to respecting Bosnia and Herzegovina's territorial integrity for over three decades.

" Our principled stance, rooted in international law and a genuine desire for peaceful coexistence, has been a cornerstone of our relationship with Bosnia and Herzegovina," Djuric emphasized.

He reminded that Serbia has always worked to ensure this respect is reflected in its actions and policies, promoting stability and cooperation across the Western Balkans, and continues to do so today.

"Attempts to try and whitewash today's offensive act (which also runs against the Dayton Agreement’s envisioned procedures) by bringing into question Serbia's impeccable record on Bosnia's territorial integrity are nothing more than part of a malign spin designed to distort the truth and sow division. Such efforts are not only baseless but also deeply harmful to the shared goal of building a stable and prosperous region," Djuric wrote.

He reaffirmed that Serbia remains firmly committed to dialogue, mutual respect, and the principles of good neighborly relations.

" We urge all parties to prioritize constructive engagement and to avoid provocative actions that undermine trust and collaboration in the Western Balkans," Djuric added.
