Gudzic: Kurti wants to become the leader of the Albanians in the Balkans

Historian Aleksandar Gudzic, commenting on the announcement of Self-Determination's participation in the elections in North Macedonia, says that Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti wants to become the leader of Albanians in the Balkans.

Gudzic notes that, in addition to the support of Kosovo Albanians, Kurti aims to define himself as the absolute leader of all Albanians through participation in the elections in North Macedonia.

"Albin Kurti currently wants to become the leader and guide of Albanians in the Balkans; that is the only way we can interpret the fact that Self-Determination intends to run in the elections in Macedonia. This clearly indicates Kurti's desire to become the leader of Albanians in the Balkans. He is the most popular politician in Kosovo, enjoying the greatest support from Kosovo citizens of Albanian nationality, and this is his attempt to position himself as the absolute leader of Albanians in the Balkans," Gudzic emphasized.
