Lawyer Milos Delevic stated for Kosovo Online that the autopsy report for Stefan Nedeljkovic, who had been killed by the Kosovo Police during the conflict in Banjska, had not yet arrived, and he had contacted the Special Prosecutor's Office.

Three months after three Serbs were killed in Banjska, autopsy results have not been delivered to the families, although the law stipulates that they should be completed within 15 days.

Delevic, the legal representative of the Nedeljkovic family, recalled the painstaking process of retrieving the body, which lasted an unnecessary week.

"The Nedeljkovic family and I, as their representative, have not been contacted to this day regarding the autopsy report, although it should have been completed within 15 days of the incident. I sent an email to the Special Prosecutor's Office; however, I received no response. I plan to go to the relevant special prosecutor to obtain the report if it has been completed at all", he said.

The prolonged delay in the entire process is also taking a toll on the families of the deceased Serbs in Banjska, as indicated by the calls received by Delevic.

"Stefan Nedeljkovic's father contacts me frequently, every week, asking about the findings. However, I have no answers to give him because they are really inefficient on this matter", Delevic emphasizes.
