Milicevic: Walker received a monument and money for the work done in Racak

The minister without portfolio in charge of coordinating activities and measures in the field of relations with the diaspora, Djordje Milicevic, says that after 24 years since the Racak case, which, as he claims, was staged, the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, is trying to put pressure on the Serbs to leave their centuries-old hearths, RTV reports.

"The goal of the Racak case was an independent Kosovo, as Walker himself says that Kosovo would not have been a new country in the heart of Europe if the massacre in Racak had not happened, they just forget that this new country is not recognized by most of the world and that it will never have full international legal status," Milicevic says.

According to him, Walker had received a monument and money for the "work done in Racak".

"It's just that both he and Kurti obviously don't know that the truth always comes out, and they could watch the documentary Dossier Kosovo-Racak, so maybe this time he'll write the truth in his memoirs sponsored by Kurti," Milicevic said.

As he stated, Kurti should deal with fulfilling the assumed obligations from international agreements.

"It is wiser for Kurti to commit to fulfilling the obligations assumed from international agreements than to live in the past, thinking that a once directed lie can be marketed as the truth again," Milicevic said.

Regarding Kurti's statement that the Prosecutor's Office had issued warrants for 18 Serbs, he said that the Prime Minister of Kosovo was trying to put pressure on the Serbs from Kosovo.

"Today, even after 24 years, we have continued attempts to falsify facts and distort the truth, the injustice that Walker did to the Serbs, judging the legitimate anti-terrorist action against KLA members as a massacre, is not enough, but now Kurti with some unfounded charges for a case that The Hague Tribunal, which cannot be said to have been sympathetic to the Serbs, also rejected, trying to put pressure on the Serbs to scare them and leave their centuries-old hearths," Milicevic said.
