The Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Petar Petkovic, stated that today's violent closure of numerous Serbian institutions puts the dialogue itself into question, emphasizing that responsibility lies not only with Albin Kurti but also with the European Union.
“In Brussels, I was met with the news of Kurti's large-scale attack on Serbian institutions. The violent closure of many of our municipalities, social work centers, and post offices is underway... It is clear why Bislimi did not appear in Brussels today,” Petkovic wrote on the social network “X.”
As he added, the Belgrade delegation came with the intention of addressing the issue of missing persons today, while Kurti and Pristina chose the path of violence and unilateral actions.
“This kind of terror puts the dialogue itself into question. It is clear that Kurti is not the only one to blame for this. Responsibility also lies with the European Union,” Petkovic concluded.
