Milan Radoicic responded to the invitation of the Serbian state authorities and today at 10 a.m., accompanied by his lawyer, he entered the premises of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in order to, in his capacity as a citizen, give a statement about the circumstances of the tragic event in the town of Banjska, as reported by Novosti.

The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade will be informed about the aforementioned in the form of a report, which will take further procedural measures and actions within its jurisdiction, the Ministry of Interior Affairs stated in a statement.

Radoicic's lawyer, Goran Petronijevic, read his letter yesterday at a press conference in which he stated that he had not informed anyone, including Belgrade, about his arrival in northern Kosovo on September 24 and that he was ready to respond to the invitation of the competent authorities.
