Radojevic: The Serb List will file a complaint due to the manipulation of election results

The Serb List will file a complaint due to the attempt to alter the election results, announced Milan Radojevic, a member of the party, this evening.

Radojevic said, for Euronews Serbia, that it has been more than a month since the elections, and unlike previous election processes, where the preliminary result was known overnight and the final result was announced just a few days later, the official voting results are still unavailable.

"This is truly unbelievable. The only reason for this could be the pressure that Self-Determination is exerting on the Central Election Commission in order to change the results," he explained.

Radojevic said the reason for all of this is that Self-Determination and Albin Kurti did not achieve the result they wanted.

"They planned to win half a million votes, but they got 10 percent fewer than in the previous elections. They do not have a majority and will have to form a coalition if they want to form a government. Self-Determination, although they are the winners, is the biggest loser in these elections," he emphasized.

Speaking about yesterday's attacks by Kurti and Minister Nenad Rasic on the Serb List and the state of Serbia, he said that this is nothing new.

"His biggest opponent is the Serb List. What is most important is that we won the most votes from Serbs in the elections. We are the winners in all Serbian areas, and that's why we declared victory. Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija clearly showed trust in the Serb List and the state of Serbia. That is what hurts Kurti," Radojevic stressed.

He reminded that the Serb List ran in the elections absolutely alone, against everyone, both Albanian and other Serbian parties.

When asked if anyone has contacted the Serb List regarding the formation of a new government, Radojevic said that there have been no contacts with other parties so far.

"The Presidency of the Serb List will convene, and a decision will be made about the complaint. The Serb List will file a complaint about electoral manipulations," he concluded.
