Selakovic: Racak is a legal police action; Kurti attacks Serbs with fabricated indictments

No matter how hard Albin Kurti and other veteran terrorists try to attack Serbs with fabricated indictments and rewrite the true nature of the anti-terrorist action in Racak, we will not allow them to do so, Serbian Minister of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs Nikola Selakovic said today and pointed out that Racak had been and remained a legal and legitimate action of our army and police against the terrorist formations of the KLA.

24 years ago today, the security forces of Serbia and the FRY carried out an anti-terrorist operation in which they eliminated a terrorist group in the village of Racak in the territory of the municipality of Stimlje, Selakovic recalled on Instagram.

"The skillful manipulation of representatives of the international community under the OSCE firm and the leadership of William Walker turned this anti-terrorist action into a reason for NATO aggression against our homeland in 1999," said Minister Selakovic.

He pointed out that time, evidence, and the testimony of the head of the Finnish part of the pathological team showed that Racak was a skilled attempt at manipulation in order to provoke a war against Serbia; the highlight of that was the withdrawal of the Hague Prosecutor's Office from that part of the indictment against President Slobodan Milosevic.

"No matter how much Kurti and other veteran terrorists try to attack Serbs with fabricated accusations and to rewrite the true nature of the anti-terrorist action, we will not allow them to do so, as long as there are honest and serious Serbs, just like President Aleksandar Vucic, judges Danica Marinkovic and Ivan Todosijevic. The overwhelming majority of us are like that, and as long as we exist, we will tell our children, but also the whole world, that Racak was and remains a legal and legitimate action by our army and police against the so-called terrorist formations. The KLA, and those who tried with all their might to portray it differently, are nothing but collaborators of terrorists, which they proved by committing the crime of aggression against our country, and the real criminals are those who killed 79 of our children in 78 days and nights and who have made it possible for 312 out of a total of 437 inhabited places in Kosovo and Metohija to be ethnically cleansed of Serbs, and more than 219,000 expelled Serbs and non-Albanians to be expelled from our southern province," Selakovic wrote.
