Stojanovic: Kurti's trade war tactics serve to divert attention from the CSM establishment
The foreign policy adviser to the Prime Minister of Serbia, Nikola Stojanovic, said that Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti was preparing his old trade war tactics in order to divert attention from the establishment of the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities.
Stojanovic said on Twitter, regarding the news that Pristina had banned the sale of edible oil from Serbia, that Kurti was up to his old tricks while the rest of the Western Balkans was removing barriers and liberalizing trade.
"It sounds Kurti is up to his old tricks again. Trade war tactics to divert attention from forming the CSM. All while the rest of the Western Balkans is erasing barriers and liberalizing trade. Futile strategy, bound to fail," Stojanovic said.
