Vucic commented on the meeting in Brussels: The regime in Pristina doesn't want an agreement, but Europe and the US are striving for some kind of solution

President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, today commented on the meeting in Brussels regarding the decision of the Central Bank of Kosovo to abolish the dinar in Kosovo, stating that the situation was very difficult, but he seems to believe that now both Europe and the US want some sort of solution so that the Serbs can continue to live normally.

He also emphasized that the regime in Pristina did not want an agreement under any circumstances.

"We know that the situation is extremely difficult, and we are doing everything we can. Now it seems to me that Europeans and Americans want some sort of solution, perhaps not the one that suits us, but some sort so that people can continue to live normally. I believe that we will manage to find it in the coming days, but it was also clear yesterday that Kurti and Osmani, the regime in Pristina, do not even want an agreement, and even less so normal behavior toward the Serbs living in Kosovo," Vucic assessed.

He expressed his conviction that Serbia, in cooperation with Western partners, could find "certainly not good, but a solution that will mean the survival and the possibility of life for our people and our nation in Kosovo."
