Vucic: We are not giving up on the path of freedom, independence, and sovereignty

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, summarizing the activities during the past week, stated that there had been numerous meetings, both with regional and world leaders, and that all important issues for Serbia, the Western Balkans, and the world had been discussed.

"We continue to fight for our country and its prosperity, not giving up on our path of freedom, independence, and sovereignty. I am glad that as a country, with the support of our European partners, we managed to provide a home to refugees from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia and thus, at least partially, help them live by looking towards a safer and happier future. I am especially proud of our, world-class Dubocica Stadium in Leskovac, where new generations of athletes, and above all brave and good people, will grow up,” Vucic wrote on his Instagram account "buducnostsrbijeav”.

As he added, every day was a new game and a new fight, not only on the court but also for Serbia, its interests, and improvement.

"Even when it's hard, we never give up because we don't have another country," the President of Serbia said.
