The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, said tonight that it was clear to everyone that Albin Kurti was not doing anything alone, but that someone was pushing him in the direction of creating further tensions and that our only room for maneuver in Kosovo was to show determination, unity and togetherness.

"That's what we're going to do," he underlined for TV Pink.

Vucic said that he understood that it was not possible for Kurti to make these crazy moves by himself, constantly raising tensions, and that someone was pushing him in that direction.

"There are no people who are so balanced," he emphasized.

Asked who could stop Kurti, who does not rule out victims in the event of barricades being removed, he said he did not know what that statement meant to him.

He pointed out that the Albanians had the support of Quint, in the lies and the campaign, and that he did not want to tell NATO, because he believed that KFOR and NATO would do their work in accordance with UN Resolution 1244.

"Today, they talk about the barricades as a symbol of something terrible, like they used to talk about our train with the words "Serbia" written on it and monasteries painted inside. That was the reason they allowed ROSU to come to Jarinje with 17 special vehicles and block the crossing, and our gruesome crime was that we wanted to introduce a train between Kraljevo and Kosovska Mitrovica," he explained.

Vucic said that there were no principles and that they should not be expected.

He said that Serbia would talk to everyone, that today he talked with the commander of the NATO Joint Forces Command in Naples, Admiral Stuart Munsch, and that the conversation was very fair.

He said that he asked the NATO commander to do his job in accordance with Resolution 1244, adding that he believed that he would do it, but that it was clear to everyone that Kurti was not alone.

"We are weak compared to all of them, but no matter how small and weak you are, when you protect your freedom, your hearths, your strength is much greater," Vucic warned.

He said that the dialogue was conducted on a daily basis.

"What else can we do but talk. Better for 1,000 years to talk, until they attack, and when they attack, what do you expect me to say. I will make decisions in accordance with the interests of our people," he said.

He said that the situation was very difficult for us, because some people think that it was the right moment to put pressure on us because they did not like the situation in Ukraine, since they were no longer 100% sure that the side they support would win.

That's why, he says, they believe that it is necessary to finish regarding Kosovo and Metohija, so that Putin would not refer to the Kosovo precedent.

"He said that on several occasions, which we don't like. He told Scholz, Macron, Biden what they confirmed to me. He told them, 'because you set a Kosovo precedent, I will do it with parts of Ukraine," Vucic reported.

He pointed out that it was the most difficult for the people of Kosovo and Metohija because they suffered existential pressures.

He stressed, alluding to the German ambassador in Pristina, that everyone should make statements on St. Nikola, in order to finish everything by the Catholic Christmas, so that they can rest.

When asked about the Crisis Staff in the north of Kosovo, he said that he would be happy to go there, but that no one would allow him to do so.

He also said that he was not sure that his arrival at this moment, not because of the words he would say, would lead to calming down, but to an additional flare-up among Albanians.
