Member of the Presidency of the Serbian Progressive Party, Ana Brnabic, announced tonight at the party's election headquarters that the "Aleksandar Vucic – Serbia Must Not Stop" list, with 50 percent of the processed polling stations, won 47.1 percent of the voters' votes in the parliamentary elections.

As she stated, the Serbian Progressive Party will have more than 125 mandates in the future parliament.

She said that the "Serbia Against Violence" list won 23 percent of the votes, the list around the Socialist Party of Serbia 6.7 percent, and the NADA coalition 4.9 percent.

The list led by Dr. Branimir Nestorovic won 4.6 percent, and the coalition of Dveri and Oathkeepers around three percent.

"The lists 'Serbia Must Not Stop', 'Serbia Against Violence,' Socialist Party of Serbia, NADA, and Branimir Nestorovic definitely enter the parliament", Brnabic said.

She emphasized that this result was achieved in the "dirtiest possible campaign".

Addressing those present at the Serbian Progressive Party election headquarters, Brnabic began her speech by saying:

"Welcome to the celebration".

She stated that throughout today's election day, lies, insinuations, unverified or semi-information, and false news, had been heard, all with one goal - to create an atmosphere of panic and distrust.

"We fought against that, trying to explain to people while respecting election silence what lies are involved. Let's start with this - 'the first time voting with the godfather', 'someone who died a year ago is voting, and he is not on the voter list', to this that someone 'distributed money to voters and the police arrested him'... Well, the alleged 'Bulgarian train' in New Belgrade... All of these are brutal lies, blatant lies, easily verifiable", Brnabic said.

According to her, Serbian Progressive Party controllers cannot influence these things, while the opposition had 80 percent of observers.

"Well, the lie that electricity was cut off at four polling stations. Up to the Arena... that's stupidity of incredible proportions. Only people on the voter list can vote, and controllers verify that. And in the voter list, the difference is exactly 20,907 votes compared to 2022", Brnabic said.

She added that the only irregularity had been recorded in Odzaci, with thanks to the Ministry of the Interior for a timely reaction, identification, and bringing individuals into custody.

"Not to mention what we faced during the election silence. Such brutality in violating election silence has never been seen", Brnabic noted.

In such an atmosphere and circumstances, she emphasized that, with 50 percent of the processed polling stations, the "Serbia Must Not Stop" list won 47.1 percent of the votes.

She thanked the citizens of Serbia for understanding the seriousness of the moment, voting for results, plans, programs, and the vision of a successful, winning Serbia.

She added that the first results of the Belgrade elections were just starting to come in.

"I am aware that the opposition has a plan to declare victory, although the votes have not yet been counted, and in some places, they have not even started to be counted", Brnabic said.
