Lazar Milutinovic (15), who was beaten by four Albanians in Suvi Dol at around 5:10 this morning, was released for home treatment; he told Kosovo Online that he did not know why he had been attacked.

"I headed to work this morning and a car stopped me. They said something to me in Albanian, I didn't understand it, I looked away with my head down and continued on. They got out of the car, and I started to run away from them, but they caught up with me, and then they kicked and hit me wherever they could. They didn't say anything to me, they just beat me and took my phone from my jacket," Lazar said.

He stated that this had been the first time something like this had happened to him and that he had never had a problem with his Albanian neighbors.

Lazar emphasized that he was afraid because of the attack and that he did not understand why he had been beaten, "whether it bothers them that I am a Serb or something else, I really don't understand".

Lazar's father Zlatibor stated that he had been told at the police station in South Mitrovica that everything would be done to find the attackers, but he said that he did not believe it.
