Serb List announced today that the Electoral Panel for Appeals and Complaints (EPAC) has rejected its appeals, as well as the appeal of its member in the Central Election Commission, thus confirming, they note, an illegal and discriminatory decision regarding the composition of polling boards.

"With this decision, Serb List will be severely damaged compared to previous parliamentary elections, as a large number of polling places will be without our members," warns Serb List.

They add that they perceive this decision as yet another pressure on the Serbian people and Serb List.

"However, that is exactly why we call on our compatriots for unity and harmony, to stand under one banner and show that we exist and that we are not intimidated, and that no obstacles set before us will prevent us from fighting for the interests of the Serbian people in this region," Serb List states.

Serb List had submitted an appeal to EPAC three days ago against the CEC's decision on the composition of polling boards, considering it unlawful.
