The first vice-president of the Government of Kosovo for European integration and dialogue, Besnik Bislimi, said that the Government had agreed with international mediators that the CSM could not have executive power and added that this had also been clear to the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, Gazeta Express reports.
"There is a consensus between the EU and Kosovo that Kosovo cannot create any Community of Serb-majority municipalities with executive powers. I think that is clear to Mr. Vucic as well," he said.
Bislimi also gave an interpretation of Article 2 of the Franco-German plan, where according to him - any body that was formed could not contradict the Constitution of Kosovo.
