Declaration on military alliance between Kosovo, Albania, and Croatia signed

A trilateral memorandum in the field of defense between the ministries of defense of Albania, Kosovo, and Croatia was signed today in Tirana, as reported by Reporteri.
The declaration aims to promote cooperation in building defense capacities and industry, increasing interoperability through education, training, and exercises, countering hybrid threats, and strengthening strategic resilience, as well as providing full support for Euro-Atlantic and regional defense integrations.
Kosovo's Minister of Defense, Ejup Maqedonci, stated that this memorandum is not a threat to anyone but a message to all those who dare to endanger security, peace, and stability in the Western Balkans.
“This is a declaration that paves the way for much greater cooperation between our countries. The goal of this cooperation is not to threaten anyone but to send a message to all those who dare to jeopardize security, peace, and stability in the Western Balkans, as well as the security of our countries – that our three nations, which share common values and interests, are united in facing any danger aimed at destabilizing the region,” Maqedonci emphasized.
