Djuric with von Beckerath: The European family cannot be complete without Serbia

Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs Marko Djuric emphasized today, during a meeting with the Head of the EU Delegation to Serbia, Andreas von Beckerath, that the EU’s acknowledgment of Serbia having met all the criteria for opening Cluster 3 provides even greater motivation for the country to remain committed to the reform process.

Djuric pointed out to von Beckerath that such an achievement in the coming months would further encourage Serbia to work closely with all EU member states in order to present arguments and reasons why it is in the interest not only of Belgrade but also of the European Union to send a strong signal by opening Cluster 3.

“The European family cannot be complete without Serbia and without the region that represents a true treasury of potential — economic, agricultural, technological, academic, and beyond,” Djuric stated on the social network X.
