During his visit to Valona, Prime Minister of Kosovo Albin Kurti said that November 28 was the starting and ending point of the Albanian nation.

He stated on his Facebook page that in Valona, on the 110th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence of Albania, the Albanian people remembered history, commemorated the sacrifice and paid tribute to those who believed and dreamed.

"Every year November 28 brings us together. November 28 is the starting and ending point of our people. Moreover, we should be together more often. Let's work together. Let's travel together. Because we want to. Because we have to," Kurti said.

According to him, on Sunday, while the first joint meeting of the assemblies of Kosovo and Albania was held in Tirana, Flag Day was celebrated in Pristina.

He also added that 2022 was the year of the army, since more was allocated from the budget for the army than in any previous year.

"Our army is being professionally and operationally consolidated. Together with our allies, we contribute to the protection of the universal values of freedom, peace and democracy. The KSF are the inexhaustible strength of generations of our warrior people, determined and invincible," Kurti said.
