Lawyer Delevic: Milovic says he is not guilty; tomorrow the decision on detention will be made

The lawyer for Dragan Milovic, who was arrested today in Zvecan, lawyer Milos Delevic, confirmed for Kosovo Online that his client was charged with the criminal offense of war crimes and that he had been detained by the police for up to 48 hours.

Delevic expects that a decision on custody will be made tomorrow.

"Dragan claims that he is not guilty, that he worked in the Kosovo Police for 10 years, and that he passed all checks during his employment," the lawyer said and pointed out that Milovic was suing for the usurpation of property.

Milovic was arrested before noon near the bus stop in Zvecan and is one of the three Serbs arrested today by the Kosovo Police.

Ilija Elezovic, arrested in North Mitrovica, is also charged with war crimes.

Meanwhile, another Serb was arrested in Priluzje.
