Timothy Less, an associate at the Center for Geopolitics at the University of Cambridge, pointed out that there was no need to be alarmed by the statement of the British MP Alicia Kearns that the SOC participated in the smuggling of weapons in ambulances, because, as he stated, the MP had a history of making inaccurate comments about the Balkans due to her limited understanding of the region.

In response to Kosovo Online, Less stated that no one in Britain responded to her statements, as this was just the latest example of her incorrect comments.

"I don't see Alicia Kearns' comments as anything to get too worked up about. KFOR confirmed that her claim was unfounded and no one in Britain responded to her statement. The MP has a history of making inaccurate comments about the Balkans due to her seemingly limited understanding of the region, and this is just the latest example," Less said.

Member of Parliament and President of the Foreign Policy Committee of the British Parliament, Alicia Kearns, during her presentation yesterday, made accusations that weapons were being smuggled from Serbia to Kosovo with the help of ambulances, which were then stored in Orthodox churches.

Today, KFOR spoke about the new situation, stating that "there is no evidence of the alleged smuggling that was carried out across the administrative border line between Kosovo and Serbia into Orthodox churches in ambulances".
