The Ministry of Information and Telecommunications of Serbia stated that the raid on Serbian Post offices is another example of the use of open force and illegal actions aimed at the permanent expulsion of the remaining Serbian and non-Albanian population in northern Kosovo.

In a statement, the Ministry strongly condemned what it described as the coordinated and illegal action by the Kosovo Police, which today carried out raids on several units of the postal network of the Public Enterprise "Serbian Post" in northern Kosovo.

"This is yet another example of the demonstration of open force and illegal actions by the provisional self-governing institutions in Pristina, aimed at the permanent expulsion of the remaining Serbian and other non-Albanian population in the area of Kosovo and Metohija," the Ministry's statement reads.

The Ministry therefore expects relevant international actors to react as soon as possible and protect the basic human and civil rights of the Serbian and other non-Albanian populations in the area of Kosovo.
