Minister for European Integration Tanja Miscevic stated today at the Kopaonik Business Forum that in discussions about Serbia's results in European integrations, there should be open talk about the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina and why the Community of Serb Municipalities had not been established yet, even though it had been envisaged many years ago, RTV reported.

"Let's talk about the dialogue with Pristina. Not with Kosovo but with Pristina. This is the official name of the dialogue," she said at the panel "EU Enlargement and the Western Balkans: Can Serbia Achieve Its Goal by 2030?" which also included the Head of the EU Delegation, Emanuele Giaufret, and US Ambassador Christopher Hill.

Referring to the implementation of the Ohrid Agreement, she questioned what had happened to agreements on license plates and customs seals.

"Aren't these parts of the Ohrid Agreement, if I'm not mistaken? Have they been implemented? So, the Ohrid Agreement has started to be implemented. But, on the other hand, you have the Community of Serb Municipalities, which has not been implemented for so many years. Since we talk about issues. Criticism doesn't bother me because criticism is the basis for work. But when you criticize, be open and honest about these issues," Miscevic emphasized.

She says that the EU's rule of law mechanism has not been introduced because they had a problem with protecting the rule of law, and she questioned what the rule of law meant, adding independence of the judiciary.
