Muhaxhiri: Baerbock was active in our region, good news that she will chair the UN General Assembly

Political analyst Artan Muhaxhiri stated that the election of former German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock as President of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly is good news.

Baerbock, he added, was very active during her tenure as foreign minister, even in the region.

“This is welcome news because I am convinced that she will have a political interest in the dialogue and will do everything in her power to advance it and help speed it up. We know that the United Nations is a very slow and very complicated institution, but if an important political figure has the will to make a positive impact, it can be done, so I believe this is very good news,” Muhaxhiri told Kosovo Online.
