Muhaxhiri: Without judicial evidence, it's impossible to declare the Serb List a terrorist organization

Analyst Artan Muhaxhiri believes that it is impossible to declare the Serb List a terrorist organization, as this requires a lot of facts, documentation, and evidence from the prosecution.

"This idea had been mentioned before, but I don't think it's possible because terrorist approaches, plans, and ideas must be supported by a lot of factual documentation and factual evidence," Muhaxhiri stated for Kosovo Online.

On the other hand, the Serb List holds significant symbolic power in Kosovo, notes our interlocutor.

"It is recognized by the international community, and they are a big part of decision-making in Kosovo, related to the Ahtisaari Plan and so forth. So, I don’t think it’s reasonable," he said.

He mentioned that there might still be such attempts to gain political points.

"However, I think it’s impossible to do this just by political will, without casting doubt on the plans, concerning ammunition, concerning all the things that are related to planning terrorist acts. This can be particularly mentioned now in the pre-election campaign. But I don't think it will be possible," he emphasized.

Muhaxhiri believes that on February 9, the Serb List will win a huge, absolute majority of the votes and then it will be another problem for Albin Kurti if he wins the elections because it will be "a problem in the process of forming a new government."
