Petkovic: Bislimi's tirade of lies, Pristina only wants to seize Serbs' property and expel them

Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Petar Petkovic, stated that Besnik Bislimi, in anticipation of a new round of dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, had uttered a series of the harshest untruths, which was, in fact, his negotiating style and one of the reasons why the process of normalizing relations was constantly stalled or regressing.

Petkovic emphasizes that Bislimi talks about Pristina's desire to "integrate" Serbs in Kosovo, but in reality, all they want is to seize the property of Serbs and Serbia, and after expelling the Serbian people, integrate the empty and ethnically cleansed Serbian territory.

"Pristina doesn't hide this intention because, under the direct order of Kurti and Bislimi, they deprive the Serbian people of medicines, basic necessities, textbooks, etc., and out of their 'great love' for Pristina, they shoot at Serbian children and unjustly arrest innocent Serbs every day," Petkovic stated.

Petkovic mentions that in Bislimi's latest tirade of lies and untruths, everything that Pristina is not doing and not fulfilling in terms of implementing agreements reached in Brussels, from the recognition of diplomas to the issue of missing persons, is being shifted onto Belgrade, despite the facts telling a completely different story.

"The essence of the dialogue is the Community of Serb Municipalities, which Pristina has been refusing to form for more than ten years, even though it is the biggest obligation in the dialogue for both Kurti and Bislimi. That's why Bislimi avoids the topic of CSM like the plague, pretending that this obligation of Pristina doesn't exist," he added.

However, Petkovic notes that this approach will not work with the dialogue mediators, as they are well aware of the lack of credibility and inconsistency of Pristina's negotiators, and they have a clear overview of the fulfillment of each point of every agreement. Unfortunately, this doesn't stop Bislimi from attempting to mislead uninformed individuals, aided by tycoon media in central Serbia.

"The myth of a criminalized northern Kosovo and Metohija, which Bislimi insists on, is entirely fabricated, as the northern region of the province was a peaceful place for Serbs to live before Kurti's phalanxes were sent there to conduct a campaign of intimidation and terror against the Serbian people. On the other hand, in areas south of the Ibar River, excluding Serbian majority areas, there exists a lawless frontier with daily confrontations between criminal clans often resulting in fatalities. Serbs don't want to live in Kurti's chauvinistic and criminal camp, and Bislimi's distorted reality cannot change that fact," Petkovic explained.

Petkovic emphasizes the danger and malice of Bislimi's political intentions, as evidenced by his constant attempts to claim Albanians in Bujanovac and Presevo as his own, even though their homeland is Albania, not Kurti's false and criminal Kosovo entity.

"In conclusion, Bislimi is a typical member of the Greater Albanian, criminogenic establishment in Pristina, and Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija have long learned to think and believe the opposite of what he says," Petkovic concluded.
