Petkovic: The court in Pristina has five days to respond to the requests of lawyer Dejan Pantic

Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Petar Petkovic, said that the court in Pristina has not responded to the requests of the arrested Dejan Pantic's lawyer to allow his son and wife to see him for five days.

Petkovic posted on Twitter and reminded that the same court, when Pantic had to be ordered into custody, switched on without delay video link.

"On Friday, Dejan Pantic's lawyers, hired by the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, again asked the court in Pristina to allow his son and his wife to hear him at least for a minute. On the fifth day, the court did not respond. And when Kurti's court agreed to order Dejan into custody, they arranged a hearing via video link without delay," Petkovic said.
