Petkovic: Kurti has nothing to offer voters but bare hatred toward Serbs
The Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Petar Petkovic, stated that Kosovo’s caretaker prime minister Albin Kurti has nothing to offer his voters other than bare hatred and attacks against the Serbian people.
Petkovic was responding to accusations made earlier today by Kurti, who claimed that the “attack on the Ibar–Lepenac canal was a deliberate attempt by Serbia to sabotage Kosovo on a broader scale,” adding that Kurti is nervous because of the upcoming elections.
“Kurti is obviously very nervous ahead of the forthcoming elections, given that he is holding extraordinary press conferences to attack Belgrade and President Vucic. He has nothing to offer his voters except bare hatred and attacks against the Serbian people,” Petkovic wrote on the social network X.
He added that Kurti’s unfounded attacks are an attempt to cling to power, which, Petkovic stressed, will not succeed.
“A debacle is approaching for Kurti, and these unfounded attacks are the last attempts of a Balkan pyromaniac to stay in power. He will not succeed, just as the color revolution in Belgrade, which he wholeheartedly supports, did not succeed either,” Petkovic said.
