Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Petar Petkovic, stated—regarding the arrest of a young man in Dragas for wearing a T-shirt bearing the inscription "Kosovo and Metohija"—that Kosovo's acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti seeks daily opportunities to provoke incidents against those who do not share his views.

Writing on the platform “X,” Petkovic emphasized that, for Pristina, tolerance and coexistence are exemplified when Albanian extremists spray graffiti of the KLA on Serbian homes and schools.

“When Albanian extremists write graffiti of the terrorist organization UÇK on Serbian houses and schools, that is considered by Pristina to be a model of tolerance and coexistence. But when a young man of Gorani ethnicity wears a T-shirt with the legitimate inscription 'Kosovo and Metohija' in Cyrillic, he is detained and punished,” Petkovic wrote.

He stressed that Kurti seeks a new reason every day for incidents and provocations against those who think differently, “revealing his chauvinistic and tyrannical face before the eyes of the international community, which remains a silent observer of such incidents.”
