Petkovic: Only Kurti is in a panic because the clock is ticking for him to form the CSM
The director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija in the Government of Serbia, Petar Petkovic, announced that only Albin Kurti was in a panic because the clock was ticking for him to form the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities, so he attributed his panic attacks to Belgrade and the Serbs in Kosovo.
Petkovic points out that Serbs in Kosovo only want respect for the agreement and their crucial rights guaranteed by the First Brussels Agreement and subsequent agreements.
"I believe that Albin Kurti understands well and reads the messages of the entire international public that the formation of the CSM is foreseen by the Brussels agreement as an obligation that he must fulfill, and not a matter of his arbitrariness. The so-called "minister" that Kurti mentions is nothing more than his collaborator in collapsing and destroying the Serbian future in the area of Kosovo and Metohija, and neither represents the Serbs nor will he ever be, and as such he is just another bludgeon in the hands of Pristina and nothing more,“ Petkovic says.
He adds that no matter how much Kurti tries to come up with non-existent and thin arguments against the formation of the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities, the reality denies him, and the commitments made must be respected because without it there is no essential progress.
Albin Kurti previously stated that "Serbia is in a panic" and that he wanted to gather ten mayors as soon as possible and declare the president of the CSM, thereby "trampling" the minister from the Serbian community in the Government of Kosovo.
