Price: Kosovo to establish CSM

State Department spokesman Ned Price said that the message of the United States of America to Kosovo is to start the process of forming the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities as soon as possible.

Before the press conference, he also said that the US encourages Serbian representatives to return to the institutions of Kosovo as soon as possible.

"We ask the parties to fulfill their obligations. Both Kosovo and Serbia must implement the agreements they have already signed through the dialogue process, including the formation of the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities," Price said.

Previously, State Department adviser Derek Chollet said he encouraged Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti to accept the EU's proposal to normalize relations with Serbia.

On Twitter, he reported that he had spoken with Albin Kurti about the matter.
