Residents of Zubin Potok: What are they doing, what kind of democracy is this?

Residents of Zubin Potok are outraged by the blockade of the municipality by KFOR and the Kosovo Police. They say the situation is disturbing and that the people do not deserve such events to happen.

"What are the intentions of these police forces here? The people are disturbed, they don't deserve this to happen. There is no reason to treat people this way. All of this can be resolved in a normal manner, in a way that won't endanger anyone," a concerned Vucetic said.

In front of the building of Zubin Potok municipality, there are also KFOR troops in armored vehicles with full gear.

"We constantly face these tensions, why are they doing all this to us? There is no peace or freedom," Misa Garic from Zubin Potok said.

Residents of Zubin Potok are in disbelief and asking, "What kind of democracy is this?"

Srdjan Vulovic and Mirjana Vucetic tried to talk to the police officers.

They demanded that the municipality be freed because they don't want it to become a barracks, and they stated that they would come every day.

"We won't let this be a barracks. We're not preventing your mayor from being the mayor in Cabar. These are peaceful protests, this is the Serbian state, you won't be able to expel us," Vucetic stated.
