The news of the explosion near Zubin Potok last night was also reported by Reuters, which highlighted that "no immediate evidence of Belgrade's involvement has been found."

Reuters offered this assessment in response to claims made by Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who characterized the explosion, shortly after it occurred, as a "terrorist act."

“This is a criminal and terrorist attack with the aim to destroy our critical infrastructure,” Kurti said in a televised address, implying Serbian involvement.

Reuters further emphasized Kurti’s intent in their report:

“Kurti echoed the words of President Vjosa Osmani by blaming Serbian criminal gangs without providing proof,” the agency noted.

The report also mentioned that there are currently no reports of injuries and that the cause of the explosion, which also disrupted the supply of drinking water, remains unclear.

“Serbian officials did not respond to requests for comment, and Reuters found no immediate evidence of Belgrade's involvement,” the agency concluded.
