The Serb List: The arrest of Spasic is a part of Kurti's plan to expel the Serbs from Kosovo

The arrest of public health worker Dalibor Spasic in Jarinje was a part of Pristina's plan to expel the Serbs from Kosovo, the Serb List said today in a statement and called on the international community to react and prevent Albin Kurti from starting a war.

"Implementing its hellish plan, according to which half of the Serbs should be deported to central Serbia, and half should be taken to the Kosovo casemates, the anti-Serb regime of Albin Kurti continues to persecute the Serbs in the north of Kosovo and Metohija in front of the eyes of the entire international community, the largest military mission in Europe, KFOR, and the largest EU mission in Europe - EULEX," the announcement states.

Today, as they say, Dalibor Spasic, a health worker and a family man, was arrested at the Jarinje administrative crossing in front of his daughter and wife, when he was returning from a children's festival.

Kurti's regime, they point out, despite calls from international representatives, and above all from the US, to de-escalate the situation, tries every day to provoke the reaction of the Serbs by its actions and thereby get confirmation of the already prepared scenario according to which all the Serbs are criminals and terrorists, and justifies the oppression of citizens and the presence of parapolice units in the north of Kosovo.

"After Rados Petrovic, Dusan Obrenovic, Milun Milenkovic, and Nemanja Vlaskovic, Dalibor is another honorable Serb who has already been declared guilty by the Kosovo Minister Svecla, regardless of the basic right of citizens that everyone is innocent until proven otherwise. This is something that worries, as does the fact that despite dozens of proofs of their innocence, these people are in custody, and a terrible campaign is being waged against them, starting with Albin Kurti himself, all the way to the ministers and deputies of his party, which draws the target on all of them, and dozens of other Serbs, and they are convicted without proof of guilt or court proceedings," the announcement states.

The Serb List asks the international representatives how many more Serbs should be arrested in order for them to react, pointing out that apart from the three arrested Kosovo policemen, the arrested Serbs did not commit any crime.

"How many more Serbian family men should be arrested by Kurti for you to raise your voice and ask for the Serbs to be released, and defend themselves from false accusations, since unlike those arrested in Raska, no Serb did anything illegal or possessed firearms such as we saw with the Kosovo policemen during the arrest," the Serb List said in a statement.

This is the last moment, they warn, for the international community to intervene directly and prevent Kurti from provoking a war, because, as they say, his actions will force all the Serbs to protect themselves from the onslaught from Pristina, and then it would be a path of no return that no normal person wants because it would be disastrous for everyone in these areas.
