The Serb List has filed a complaint with the Election Appeals and Complaints Panel in Pristina regarding the unlawful and politically motivated decision of the Central Election Commission to deny the Serb List's participation in the upcoming elections on February 9, as confirmed by the Serb List to TV Most.

Earlier today, at a press conference, officials of the Serb List deemed the decision of the Central Election Commission to deny them the right to participate in the parliamentary elections on February 9th next year in Kosovo as unlawful.

"We believe this was done under the orders of Albin Kurti to prevent the participation of Serbs in the elections. This decision has no legal basis and is proof of how much Kurti wants to eliminate Serbs from this region. Kurti does not want to see members of the Serb List in the parliament, he wants to see obedient Serbs like Nenad Rasic instead," Elek said.
