The Serb List: It is shameful that the person who shot Serbian children was ordered house arrest
It was shameful, but not surprising, that a member of the KSF, who had shot Serbian children without any reason, had been ordered house arrest, The Serb List said today.
"Just as we warned from the first day when a member of the KSF shot the Serbian children Stefan and Milos for no reason, who were carrying a Serbian Christmas tree on Christmas Day, Kosovo institutions are conducting the procedure of relativizing this heinous act in order to reduce the responsibility of the accused. Therefore, it is not surprising, but it is shameful that such a person can be under house arrest," the statement said.
It is added that the prosecutor, without any shame or responsibility, had reclassified the criminal offense from attempted murder to causing general danger, diminishing its importance to the point that today in Kosovo, shooting at Serbian children was equated before the Kosovo court with shooting in the air.
"Obviously, the regime of Albin Kurti uses institutions not to serve citizens, regardless of their nationality, but to carry out terror with the aim of expelling the Serbs. The responsibility for this behavior of the Kosovo institutions also rests on the silence of the international representatives who did not accept our appeal to carefully monitor this court proceeding and contribute to the punishment of those responsible for the attack on Serbian children," the statement said.
