The Serb List: Kurti, in front of the international community, usurps "Rajska Banja" and Serbian land

The Serb List strongly condemns the seizure of the Rajska Banja facility in Banjska, orchestrated by the "anti-Serbian regime" of Albin Kurti, who, as they state, in front of the international community, usurps this extremely valuable and significant spa complex of the Serbs.

The Serb List recalls that the Rajska Banja complex was built exclusively with the funds of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, invested through the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, opened in 2019, and that Kosovo institutions have not invested a single penny, therefore having no legal basis to be there or pretend to be owners of this complex.

"In this complex, which has been blocked for almost four months, dozens of Serbian families earn their daily bread, and thousands of sick citizens have found a cure for their ailments in this spa for years, until the complex was brutally closed in September, and today it is usurped", the Serb List states.

They emphasize that the land seizure from Serbian households in Leposavic and Zubin Potok, which passed without an adequate reaction from international representatives, provided space for Kurti's regime to continue such activities. "Today, the turn has come for the usurpation of Rajska Banja and the land of Serbian households in the village of Banov Do".

"A leopard can't change its spots, nor can the character of this anti-Serbian regime, which every day clearly demonstrates its occupier and tyrannical character, stopping at nothing to terrorize the Serbs", the Serb List states.

They demand an urgent reaction from the international community, the Quint countries, and the dialogue facilitators.

"The plunder and robbery of Kurti's regime must stop, and international forces must respond to this blatant violation of the basic rights of the Serbs, the right to property, the right to medical treatment, and work", the Serb List concludes.
