On social media, pictures of Kurti and Svecla with the individual arrested in Albanian drug seizure

Pictures of Albin Kurti and Xhelal Svecla alongside Besnik Mujeci, a member of the Self-Determination Movement who was arrested today in a drug seizure operation in Albania, have appeared on social media.

Berat Rukiqi, a member of the Democratic League of Kosovo, posted a photo on Facebook showing Besnik Mujeci, a councilor of the Self-Determination Movement in the Assembly of Pristina, with Minister of Police Xhelal Svecla.

Rukiqi wrote a brief post on Facebook about the close relationship between the "drug dealer" and the Minister of Police.

Interestingly, there is also a photo circulating on social media showing Albin Kurti with the arrested Mujeci.

Albanian police have arrested a member of the Self-Determination Movement and a councilor of the same party in the Assembly of Pristina, Besnik Mujeci, under suspicion of drug trafficking and sales in Albania, and in this police operation, narcotics worth nearly half a million euros were seized, as reported by Albanian Post.

Mujeci, according to reports, was part of a criminal group involved in trafficking drugs to Albania.

Albanian police stated that the "arrested individuals were located with a suspicious shipment of narcotics containing 11,300 ecstasy tablets," with an estimated market value of around 400,000 euros.
