Spahiu: There will be no new dialogues; it is up to Belgrade and Pristina to implement what has been agreed

University professor Nexhmedin Spahiu states that the election results in Serbia will not disrupt the continuation of the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina because that process is concluded, and now the implementation of the agreements is ahead, including the implementation of the CSM.
"What has been agreed is agreed – the formula of compromise and what Kosovo gives in return for recognition, the level of autonomy for Serbs in Kosovo is determined by the draft statute of the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities, adopted by President Aleksandar Vucic and Albin Kurti. Now it remains for it to be implemented. An agreement is not an agreement until it is implemented. There is no more to negotiate; everything is clear now, and it is simply expected that the parties will implement what has been agreed," Spahiu concluded.
