Starovic: Kurti’s “order” breeds terror, EU must react

Serbia’s Minister for European Integration, Nemanja Starovic, stated that today’s incident involving high school graduates in North Mitrovica constitutes a violation of European values of freedom and security, and emphasized that the EU must respond.

In a post on the social media platform X, Starovic also shared footage showing how members of the Kosovo Police treated the graduates, noting that “Kurti’s ‘order’ breeds terror.”

“A shocking video reveals the brutality of the Kosovo police against Serbian graduates—choking and shoving them, denying them the joy of graduation. This is a violation of the European values of freedom and security! Kurti’s ‘order’ breeds terror. The EU must respond and protect our youth,” Starovic stressed.
