The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, emphasized that he did not see a way for the war in Ukraine to end, but that he was familiar with China's peace initiative and that he welcomed it.

"The initiative has six points, you will see for yourself. I think that more than one hundred countries have already supported this initiative, which is very important. It talks about an immediate ceasefire, meaning that as soon as the fighting stops and people stop dying, we can sit down and discuss what to do next," Vucic stated.

However, he reiterates that he personally does not see a way for the conflict in Ukraine to end and for the sides to find a solution.

He explains that there is a belief in the West that Western dominance in the economy and politics will fall if Putin wins, which he says is true.

Furthermore, Vucic adds, the West believes that Putin would continue to attack sovereign countries.

"All the Western elites who claimed they could defeat Putin must 'go' because they did not tell the truth. That is why the West has to fight as hard as possible until the end. On the other hand, they do not want to put themselves in Putin's shoes and understand that Putin knows that if he loses the war, there is no more Russia as it is today," Vucic concluded.
