Vucic: Kurti is going for open ethnic cleansing of Serbs, a session of the UN Security Council is needed, but I don't believe they will allow us to have one

The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, said tonight that Albin Kurti started an open ethnic cleansing of Serbs from Kosovo, which is why a session of the United Nations Security Council would have to be convened, but that he is not optimistic that the session will be convened.

"We have to convene a session of the Security Council, whether they will allow us or not - I don't believe it. Today the request was submitted and in the coming days we have to reject the answer. There are 15 countries in the Council, nine have recognized Kosovo, six have not... We will see," Vucic said in the show Cirilica on TV Happy.

He also pointed out that he wrote letters to world leaders, in which he explained the situation in which Serbs and Serbia find themselves.

"Each one is personalized, for Joseph Biden, Olaf Scholz, Emmanuel Macron, Rishi Sunak, Giorgia Meloni, Mark Rutte, Pedro Sanchez, for Vladimir Putin, Xi Jinping which I am handing over to the Chinese ambassador in the morning, for the five EU countries that did not recognize Kosovo, for Ursula von der Leyen , Charles Michel... And I continue to write to many addresses," said Vucic.

These, he says, are letters of seven or eight pages, in which he informs them of the situation.

"I don't think it will change anything, but we have to say that we want peace and stability, not wars. That the result of their lies is the beginning of the ethnic cleansing of the Serbs, of whom there are 12 percent less in the north, a total of about nine percent less from Kosovo. That's a huge percentage," said Vucic.

He emphasized that it is the dirtiest and most insidious ethical cleansing when you make people's lives unbearable.

"But we are managing, we are fighting to deliver the money to the Serbs and we are succeeding for now. We will continue to fight, the situation is not easy, not because someone did not do his job, but on the contrary, because he did his job in the conditions of great conflicts", the president of Serbia said.

He added that submission and obedience are demanded from Serbia, without exception, because when we make our own decisions - we represent a problem.

However, Vucic expressed his belief that there are many people in Europe who want Serbia in the EU, who want stability.

"We look at the situation, we understand it well and we protect the country and our people. And to those who are heroes and stick to my promises, I respond with a policy and a program," said Vucic.

The only legal currency in Kosovo is the dinar

Vucic pointed out that the only legal currency in Kosovo is the dinar, and that Pristina introduced the euro without any permission.

He said that someone is working diligently to put pressure on the Serbian people every day, and the key question is what Serbia can do in such geopolitical circumstances.

"It is very difficult. How to protect our people because the dinar is the only legal currency in Kosovo and Metohija. Pristina does not have permission to use the euro. Montenegro has some paper through the Germans, and while it is legal in Montenegro, the use of euros in Pristina is not", he explained.

He said that he clearly saw that in the statements of the EU and the USA they were talking about postponing the measure of abolishing the dinar.

"We hear them when they talk about postponement. Why do foreigners do that? Foreigners, that is, the West, say that Kosovo is an independent state, so it can do whatever it wants. Our answer is "why is there dialogue at all?", he added.

He said that he came into possession of documents prepared by two intelligence services for their ministries of foreign affairs, in which it is said that Serbia is a problem.

"Serbia is a problem because it does not recognize Kosovo, because it is tolerant towards Dodik, which is a training ground for the Russian media through which they can freely address themselves, because unlike in their countries they are not banned in our country, and that is Serbia's fault and that is why it is a problem. Further they say they have to fight against it, so they should appeal from Freedom House to other non-governmental organizations in order to destroy the people's trust in Vucic and those who lead politics, in order to fulfill their interests," he said.

Vucic emphasized that people should not have any doubts that everything some are doing, ostensibly regarding the elections, is aimed at destroying Serbia's position in Kosovo.

He added that the EU and the Americans do not want instability at the moment.

"But Kurti is in a hurry. He has an advisor from Great Britain, a German by origin whose family perished in Kosovo, who is guiding him towards these solutions. All this is nothing for the support that exists in other countries that tell him "you push forward, we will talk about sanctions, and there won't be any". The Americans are somewhat fairer than the Europeans. We'll see if they will be in the future," emphasized Vucic.

They took up arms because they felt helpless

Vucic also spoke about the case of Banjska, saying that those who committed crimes will be prosecuted.

He asked why some are hunting against their own people since they are already doing it all over the world.

"Why do you hate your people so much. Why do you think that people took up arms, for which they will certainly be held accountable for committing criminal acts. But I don't have to lead the hunt against them. They took up arms because they felt so helpless that they didn't have what else to do," he explained.

He recalled that he had three nights of meetings with those people, that they were attended by Radojcic, Simic, Rakic, Filipovic, and a dozen guys.

"They told me to my face that they don't trust the Americans and the Europeans, and I have to trust them because I have no one else, because they are on the ground. They signed a guarantee that the Albanians would not arrest anyone who was at the barricades. Every word they said we imagined they fulfilled and in the end nothing. When they signed, two, three months later the arrests started. You can imagine my pain," he added.

He emphasized that even when he was under the greatest pressure, he did not spit in the face of the state.

"They told me your head will fall because of Banjska. So let it fall, but that head is worth something. It is important to me that Serbia does not suffer and that there are no sanctions. Do you know how little worried I am about what they are going to write?" he emphasized.

He said that they were telling him about the manual rocket launcher that was found with the Serbs, and they did not mention the mortars that they gave to Kosovo.

"According to what legal norm did you give them Bajraktar. They tell me that they consider Kosovo an independent state, but I don't and neither does the UN Charter. And I say they have to respect the UN Charter, which they refer to in the case of Ukraine", he added.

Vucic reminded that he managed to renew the dialogue and strengthen the position of the Serbian people in the last 12 years.

Speaking about US Senator Bob Menendez, he said that he always wondered what that man had against him.

"But everything was paid for. He was corrupted by the Albanians. It's all about money. Give me one name that isn't an Albanian lobbyist, that isn't paid and spits on Serbia," he said.

The hunt for Serbia, because it is not to the liking of those who do not want it to be independent

Vucic also pointed out that in the foreign media, but not only in them, there is a hunt for Serbia, which is not accidental, and the goal is to destroy Serbia in different ways, from the outside and from the inside, because it is not enough according to the will of those who would not want it to be free and independent and to make its own decisions.

As an example, he cited, convinced of this, a consciously interpreted text in the German Bild, in a negative context for him and Serbia, where the statement of Joseph Biden, who made an obvious slip, was taken as the backbone.

"Biden made a statement, and he is always an excellently prepared man, in which he stated that he 'believes that if we let Ukraine lose to Russia, the question is what will happen to the Balkans,' which is an obvious slip. It can be seen from the context that he meant the Baltic, not the Balkans. And that is clear when you listen to that statement," said Vucic.

However, the day after that, he says, a photo of him with Putin from a few years ago appeared in Bild, with the question - was this what Biden meant, that Vucic, with Putin's help, would cause a war in the Balkans.

"Foolishness after foolishness. But it's part of the special war they're waging. It doesn't matter what the truth is. For two years, since February 24, 2022, we have been hearing about how we are going to attack someone," said Vucic.

There is no truth, he emphasized, in the article by Michael Martens in the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, who stated that "Vucic is fascinated by what Azerbaijan has done in Nagorno-Karabakh", and that it is therefore necessary to follow what he is doing, because he insists on strengthening the army.

He presented the principle by which attacks on Serbia work, through money, media, non-governmental organizations, through Kosovo...

"The media - world, regional, in Kosovo and Metohija, and divided again into Serbian and Albanian. And you have central Serbia. The big powers have huge money that we cannot oppose. Regional countries have interests that we do not oppose easily. Albanians all the money they invest in actions and provocations against Serbia on a daily basis. They invest in political circles, various non-governmental organizations under the guise of fighting for democracy, for human rights and for everything else. Most often. The arming of Albanians is already taking place in different ways, as you know..." , Vucic said.

The president pointed out that "they must also have henchmen in Serbia", who will carry out orders to destroy their own country, saying that this is the country's interest.

"But you also have Albanians in Kosovo and Metohija who are already doing that. But you have to hire and you have to use Serbs who will print anti-Serb posters for you. Let those Serbs tell you all the worst about central Serbia. And so on. And yes for them, they start doing dirty work on the field," said Vucic.

The fact that Svecla personally interrogated the Serbian doctors from the Pristina clinic shows how much he hates Serbs

Commenting on the statement of Kosovo Police Minister Xhelal Svecla that "the only trace of Serbia in Kosovo will be the embassy", Vucic pointed out that he does not have to say anything about it, because his behavior speaks volumes about Svecla’s hatred towards Serbs.

"There was a small clinic in Pristina, where two women from Gracanica worked, leaning on the Kosovo Ministry of Internal Affairs, it has been there since 2005, because after the pogrom in 2004, the foreigners said that they would guard it, not to persecute the doctors... Svecla remembered that there were Serbs there, arrested them and personally interrogated the doctors, who should pay a fine of 3,000 euros," said Vucic and ironically added that it was "a serious and wicked crime, which dangerously threatened the sovereignty of Kosovo, a powerful internationally recognized state".

The fact that Svecla personally interrogated female doctors best shows his hatred for the Serbian people, that the only goal is ethnic cleansing.

In response to Kurti's assessment that Kosovo is the most democratic country, while Serbia is a dictatorship, Vucic ironically said that "a follower of Enver Hoxha and Adem Demaqi cannot but be a champion of democracy."

"And that will be confirmed by Freedom House, Alicia Kearns, Michael Roth, Schieder, Shenah and Viola von Cramon... Pristina, it is a miracle of democracy, it is another name for Pristina," added Vucic.

He also said that he had unintentionally lied to the Serbs who were at the barricades, that they would not be prosecuted because of this, believing the foreigners.

"When they are told that, they answer me that I was right..." said Vucic and noted that in the last case with the dinar, the Americans gave a more correct statement.

There will be a lot of trouble regarding Kosovo, because many people are in a hurry to solve the issue before the EP and US elections

Vucic assessed that there will be great trouble regarding Kosovo in the coming period, "because they are in a hurry to finish as much as possible before the elections for the European Parliament, since the Greens and the left will get less than before, as well as because of the elections in the USA".

"As far as Kosovo is concerned, they will try to accelerate the events before the European elections in June, and then before the American elections. The American elections are crucial this year. Very important for the whole world, but there are also Russian elections. We have many important elections this year", emphasized Vucic.

He added that he does not think there will be elections in Germany, adding that the less support some have - the more they hold on to power.

"The lower the legitimacy - the tighter some hold on to the chair. That's why everyone will want to, because they are not sure that Ukraine will defeat Russia, and they know that it can happen that someone comes out with a story about precedents in Kosovo, that they put Serbia in the funnel and finish that story," warned the President of Serbia.

He also said that Serbia will never be a threat to anyone, but wants cooperation with all countries and is on the European path.

He assessed that this year will be the most difficult for Serbia in the political sense.

"In the economic sense, I believe it will be a great year. As for the economy, it will grow. Every next year will be better and better, according to the estimates of the IMF and the World Bank. But we have to make an effort to work even harder, even stronger, to we are fighting for every factory, every facility, we are talking to people," added Vucic.

He said he expects the new government to be in place by March 15, but it is possible that it will last until March 20 or the end of March.

Whatever repressive measures Pristina implements, Serbia will stand by its people

Vucic, at the end of the visit, told the Serbs from Kosovo that Serbia will always be with them, so that they can survive on their hearths.

"Whatever repressive measures they implement, against dinars, the state and Serbs, we will be with the people, we will ensure that people can stay at their hearths, one way or another," concluded the President of Serbia.
