Vucic: Removal of the memorial plaque to Serbian soldiers in the cemetery in Pristina – absurdity
President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic stated tonight that it was impossible to comment on all the lies uttered about Serbia on a daily basis or respond to senseless actions, such as the removal of the memorial plaque to Serbian soldiers who perished in the Balkan Wars and First World War at the military cemetery in Pristina.
After the opening of the Wine Fair in Belgrade, Vucic, commenting on the statement by geopolitical analyst George Friedman that "Serbia wants to export war beyond the Balkans", ironically replied
"Yes, we are thinking about when we will land on Mars, and maybe attack Venus and Neptune a bit".
The President of Serbia emphasized that he had been hearing such lies for a year and nine months since the start of the conflict in Ukraine, and he was aware that they would continue even more strongly and vehemently.
"We should do our job and move the country forward. It is impossible to respond to their lies every day, as well as the absurdity of removing the Serbian monument in the cemetery in Pristina. Whenever you wonder what is going on in their heads, you cannot come to any conclusion", Vucic stated.
