Vucic: We insist on peace and dialogue; we will show that we are unequivocally with our people in Kosovo and Metohija
The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, said today that important talks would follow in Brussels in four days and that Belgrade, as before, would insist on peace and dialogue and would point out that it was unequivocally with its people from Kosovo and Metohija.
"While we wait for news from Manila and New York, we summarize this week, which was, without a doubt, marked by sporting successes, primarily by Serbian volleyball players, as well as basketball players. Both on and off the court, we continue to fight with all our hearts for our Serbia and its interests. Important talks await us in Brussels in four days. We will, as before, insist on peace and dialogue and point out that we are unequivocally with our people with Kosovo and Metohija," Vucic said on his Instagram account "buducnostsrbijeav" where he reflected on the most important events of the previous week.
As he stated, even in these difficult times, it had been once again shown that the state cared for all its citizens and understood the concerns and problems they faced.
"That's why, without stopping, we work hard and diligently, so that the living conditions are as good as possible. That's the only way we can expect great results. Our athletes reminded us of that! Just like I told the youngest officers of the Serbian Army - ourselves, our people, and our country we can save only with strength, courage, diligence, responsibility, and seriousness," the messages of the President of Serbia reads.
