Vukasinovic's detention was terminated; he will be released pending trial

Uros Vukasinovic from Leposavic had been set bail, and he would be released pending trial during the day, lawyer Nebojsa Vlajic confirmed for Kosovo Online.

Vlajic said that the detention of Uros Vukasinovic had been terminated today.

"Uros's detention was terminated, and bail was set. We are trying to complete the formalities regarding the payment, and after that, he will be released. I hope that everything will be completed today," Vlajic said.

Uros Vukasinovic was arrested on June 19 in Leposavic, for an alleged attack on journalists, when he was transferred from Leposavic to the police station in South Mitrovica, after which he was sentenced to one month's detention.

Vukasinovic spent more than a month in prison in Podujevo.

Two days ago, Dalibor Spasic was also released from custody, and three Serbs are still in custody - Dusan Obrenovic, Nenad Orlovic, and Milun Milenkovic.
