Ymeri: Applause in Bled does not improve Kosovo's position

Political analyst Visar Ymeri emphasized that despite the applause that Kosovo's Prime Minister Albin Kurti had received after his speech on the leaders' panel at the Bled Strategic Forum, as early as next week, Kosovo would be asked to form the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities, as reported by Ekonomia Online.

Ymeri pointed out that the applause in Bled didn't improve Kosovo's position.

"The behavior of the EU and Western countries toward Kosovo, whether it's unjust or we don't like it, is a fact. When you're in government, you acknowledge that as a fact and find a way to address that issue. Getting some applause in Bled doesn't improve Kosovo's position, don't deceive yourselves," Ymeri stated.

According to him, Kosovo remains in the same position.

"Against dialogue with Serbia and agreements with Brussels. As early as September, they will ask us for the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities, despite the applause for Prime Minister Kurti," Ymeri said.
